Baloise President calls for regulation with a sense of proportion and more dialogue

Basel, 27 April 2012. In his first Annual General Meeting as President of the Board of Directors of Bâloise Holding AG, Andreas Burckhardt pleaded to rethink the joint supervision of banks and insurance companies and to ease the tension of the situation. The Annual General Meeting clearly approved all proposals. The gross dividend remains at a high CHF 4.50. Thomas Pleines replaces Klaus Jenny in the Board of Directors. »
