Trainee programme

You embark upon a very personal journey through Baloise. Which areas interest you? What would you like to gain an impression of?
16 months, 4 areas:

One block takes you abroad. Ideally, you don't yet have any fixed ideas about where your career will take you. Use the opportunity to get a taste of different departments at Baloise, take charge of your own projects and decide on the way forward. We are looking for open-minded graduates who have the courage to express their opinion, love learning new things and contribute and move forward their ideas. You won't be alone, as you will always have the support of your personal mentor.
Flexible and self-reliant

The Baloise trainee programme offers you an ideal way to get your start in the finance industry. When you become a Baloise trainee, you find out what you’re really interested in. The highlights:

  • Duration: 16 months
  • 4 assignments that you can choose freely, one of which will be abroad
  • Flexible starting dates
  • Annual pay: CHF 80,000
What we expect
  • Masters degree.
  • Good grades.
  • German, French and English.
