Entry in the Baloise share register is a legal requirement for the exercise of shareholders’ participation rights at the Annual General Meeting.

Voting rights

Shareholders who have acquired registered shares of Baloise Holding Ltd in their own name and for their own account (Article 5 of the Articles of Association) are entered in the share register with voting rights upon request.
