“We want to use this channel to regularly report on the latest, most exciting developments in the insurance business. In addition, users can of course put questions to us, for example if they want to know how an insurer calculates claims reserves or why low interest rates have an adverse impact on life insurance business. They can ask us anything they like about the insurance industry or Baloise. However, to ensure we can provide the best possible customer service, people with queries about their individual policies should contact their customer advisor at Basler directly or use the Twitter account Baloise Dialog,” explains Dominik Marbet.
