Basel, Over the past two years, the Baloise Group has been laying the foundations for the insurance services of the future as part of its Simply Safe strategic phase. In order to drive forward this transformation and digitalisation with the necessary speed and consistency, the Board of Directors of Bâloise Holding Ltd has decided to create a Group IT corporate division.
