"While talking to our customers, we found that many do not know exactly what to do in the event of an accident and are not aware of the order in which the different steps should be carried out," explains Florence Defours, team leader in the customer services department for claims. "We wanted to produce a simple and practical checklist – not just for our customers but for all car drivers – that they can consult in an accident. The Baloise accident checklist was drawn up with input from various departments," says Kevin Häner, project manager in the customer services department for claims.
