In view of the extraordinary pandemic situation and the unprecedented measures taken by governments to counter it, we want to support our clients as much as we possibly can.

Note for insurance customers

Baloise has taken precautions to protect the health of its employees, customers, suppliers and partners. At the same time, it has worked hard in recent weeks to implement an action plan that ensures business can continue. We are doing everything we can to continue offering the best possible level of customer service, but you may experience a slightly longer wait for a response to your enquiries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

As there may be a longer wait due to the volume of calls to the hotline, we ask that you send your query to versicherung@baloise.ch. We will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.

Note for bank customers

For the protection of our clients and our employees, our agencies’ counters will remain closed until further notice. Please contact your customer advisor by telephone or e-mail for advice. The branches of Baloise Bank SoBa will remain open.*

For opening times visit www.baloise.ch. However, we recommend that you send your enquiries by email (bank@baloise.ch) and conduct simple bank transactions online or on your smartphone (download links at the bottom of the page). Where possible, please withdraw cash from an ATM rather than at a counter.

*Due to the current situation, we are closing the Baloise Bank SoBa branches in Balsthal, Bettlach, Derendingen, Lohn and Schönenwerd until further notice. All other Baloise Bank SoBa branches will remain open.
