You are now in 2040 and live in a Baloise resort, what we still called an ‘home ecosystem’ in 2020. What was once just your dream is now reality: just as you went on holiday back then, you can now live your vacation at home. Your apartment has changed a lot, because you and your family only rent one bedroom with bathroom, a spacious kitchen with integrated living room and balcony, more like a fitness subscription with many extras than a regular rent.
Life at the Baloise Resort
In the Baloise Resort there are numerous offers that you can rent for shared use on a daily or monthly basis. In addition to cultural rooms such as music rooms, handicraft rooms or a reading and meditation room, your relaxation is not neglected. A fitness center with a wellness oasis and sauna as well as a sports field and planting area in the garden provide for your relaxation. A small business area with co-working and training room, 24/7 supermarket and a restaurant with bar as well as cleaning and laundry service complete the offer. You can do everything yourself, but you don't have to. Should you be travelling for a longer period of time, you can of course rent out your apartment as with Airbnb - the company's own security service takes care of all organizational matters and the Baloise insurance protects your belongings.
A world without show-off company headquarters
Together with your neighbours you try to reduce your ecological footprint and still afford many great services. This is possible thanks to the modular construction of the resort built by Baloise. What's more, you no longer have to drive to work because you work from home - or together in the fully equipped co-working space with your neighbours and friends. If you do want to have a physical meeting with your team, you can meet in a meeting room at one of the resorts. Within minutes, you can order one of the self-propelled vehicles via the voice assistant or ride your bike through a completely new green city. Who needs their own car or house? That is so 2020.
