Basel, December 5, 2023. Baloise has sold its majority stake in Haakon AG, a specialist reinsurance broker domiciled in Basel (Switzerland), to Howden Schweiz AG, which is part of Howden global insurance group. The parties agreed not to disclose further financial details about this transaction.
