Since joining Baloise as a trainee, my journey has been nothing short of exhilarating. In just over 2 years I have worked at

- 4 different departments
- with 5 managers
- in 7 different teams
- and with countless systems and programs.
I can vividly recall my first significant presentation as if it happened just yesterday, facing a room brimming with senior account managers. I stood before them with a trembling voice and a frightened heart. Little did I know that one day I would find joy in confidently standing before a crowd and embracing the thrill of capturing an audience's attention.
