Who are we? What do we do? What do we stand for as an employer? Find out! Our career blog (in German) features exciting and interesting stories from throughout the Baloise Group. Here, you’ll find articles and stories about teamwork, processes and development opportunities, all written by those who know us best – our employees. If you read the blog, you’ll quickly understand what we’re all about.
Even more references? No problem.
And in the video, our business partner Simone Rudin has more tips on how you can find out about an employer.
Now, your journey is truly about to begin. Whether you’re interested in a specific position or just want to create a profile at our application portal: you're very welcome.
Send us your CV, your employment references and your degrees/certificates in a PDF file (max. 5 MB). What we are particularly interested in, however, is what motivated you to apply to us for this job. Also tell us why you're the right person for the job.
In your first interview, we will introduce you to your potential supervisor and someone from our HR department. Obviously, we are curious about you – but we also want you to feel free to ask any questions you may have. So don't be shy - ask away! If you live some distance away, that's not a problem. Talk to us and we’ll find a solution.
However, if we want to see you for a second interview, we will definitely need to have you come to our offices for the meeting. Your prospective supervisor, and perhaps even some future colleagues, are looking forward to meeting you!
Please note: Depending on the position in question, we may ask you to take some tests and/or participate in an assessment centre process.
The destination of your journey. You're on board. But what happens next?
Your first work day is a Welcome Day. You will meet other employees who have also just joined us and start to familiarise yourself with everything. We’ll also take you on a tour of the entire location so that you can get to know us even better. You’ll find out which strategies we pursue and why we combine insurance and banking operations. You’ll also learn about various internal programmes available to you and where all the departments are located. During the “Open House” event, you can get a taste of different areas and begin establishing your first networks, making it easier for you to settle in.
And Simone explains in the video how to remember all the new names.
