Simply Safe was the banner under which Baloise launched its new strategy. The strategy set out our ambition to strengthen our core business while responding to the changing needs of society by providing innovative solutions that extend beyond traditional insurance.
We successfully completed the first phase of Simply Safe in 2021.
In Season 2 of Simply Safe, we will be looking to build on what we have achieved so far so that we can carry on making a positive contribution to our customers’ lives and playing an important role in people’s lives.
Our objective with Simply Safe is to keep Baloise on a path of sustained growth. Customer focus is at the core of the new strategy.
